Branding Electro Cowboy
Since 2018, our journey with Electro Cowboy has been a showcase of brand building and immersion into the indie skater scene. Leveraging astute product branding, targeted advertising, and unconventional mediums, we’ve propelled this underground label from obscurity to prominence, employing Above The Line (ATL) strategies with a Below The Line (BTL) mindset.
Our approach stems from an understanding of Electro Cowboy’s audience: discerning, brand-conscious, and technologically savvy individuals who eschew mainstream brands in favour of indie authenticity. Recognising their preference for credibility, we tailored our strategy to align with their ethos, embedding Electro Cowboy into their cultural landscape organically.
Central to our branding strategy is omnipresence in the skater community’s ecosystem. We strategically placed Electro Cowboy in the physical and digital realms where our audience congregates, ensuring seamless integration without imposition. We want our branding initiatives to span a spectrum of mediums and to resonate with Electro Cowboy’s audience.
Through strategic product branding, we also collaborated closely with Electro Cowboy to shape and refine their clothing product ranges. Leveraging bold graphics, vibrant colours, and innovative designs, we crafted a product range that not only reflected Electro Cowboy’s brand values but also captured the essence of the lifestyle and resonated with their audience.
Working with both print and digital mediums, our advertising, posters, stickers, and lookbooks serve as tangible expressions of Electro Cowboy’s identity; while targeted online advertising, an engaging website and dynamic social media presence amplify Electro Cowboy’s voice, fostering authentic connections with their audience through immersive storytelling and compelling visuals.
